To construct the two circulant matrices needed we give the possitions of the non zero elements of their first rows.
By first sequence we denote the first row of the circulant matrix A.
The first sequence have 5 non zero elements. The element in the first position is -1
where the elements in the other possitions given are 1.
The elements on the positions not given are 0.
By second sequence we denote the first row of the circulant matrix B.
The second sequence have 4 non zero elements. The element in the two first position is 1
where the elements in the other two possitions given are -1.
The elements in the positions not given are 0.
