RP1 consists in three research subsections:
- 1.1: Knot invariants – framization of knot algebras
- 1.2: Knots and braids in 3-manifolds
- 1.3: Poly-free groups, Lie algebras, braid groups and homotopy groups of spheres

RP2 consists in three applications:
- 2.1: Topological study of polymer entanglements
- 2.2: Molecular simulation of ionic liquids
- 2.3: Dynamical systems and topological surgery

RP3: Algebraic modeling of computational structures
RP3 consists in the following subsections::
- 3.1: Modeling based on algebraic specifications
- 3.2: Algebraic techniques for the modeling of video
- 3.3: Cryptography and coding theory
- 3.4: Applications in medical imaging
